BIO

Jon is a singer, saxophonist & bass player based in Las Vegas. Jon's resume includes performances with country superstar Trace Adkins, rock and roll legends Al Jardine (the Beach Boys), Dean Torrance (Jan & Dean) and nationally renowned comedian/impressionist Frank Caliendo. He has appeared on national television on the 2013 American Country Awards and the 2011 NASCAR Awards as well as on stage at the world renowned Cabaret Jazz Club at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas. For 2 years Jon was the music director/bandleader for the Frank Caliendo Show at the Monte Carlo Hotel and the Venetian Resort/Hotel in Las Vegas. (You'll recognize Frank from Mad TV, Frank TV, Fox NFL Sunday & ESPN). Jon studied theater and music at the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, Ca. and Jazz Performance at Santa Barbara City College. He toured California with different show bands, performing on beachfront stages all along the coast before finally landing back in Santa Barbara. There, Jon held down a two year residency playing and singing jazz and blues standards at the Palace Grill, one of the premier restaurants in the city.

In 1999 Jon moved to Las Vegas. A year later he and his brother Jeff formed the power pop band Tripsitter. The band's first two CDs, released in 2003 and 2004 received widespread praise and made several critics' Top Ten lists. Tracks from their disc "California Son" are still playing on radio stations across the world. The success of Tripsitter led to Jon performing (on both saxophone and bass guitar) with founding Beach Boy (and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer) Al Jardine in the Endless Summer Band, a gig which continues today. In addition to writing & recording music for commercials and corporate clients, Jon can be found singing really high and playing bass and saxophone in Good Vibrations: A Celebration of the Beach Boys and performing as Michael "Mack" Donald in the "yacht rock" extravaganza The Guilty Pleasures: The Ultimate Yacht Rock Experience. He also plays bass for the Bee Gees tribute show Bee Gees Gold.
